HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is a $10 flat fee. For orders over $100, enjoy shipping on us!

 

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING THIS ITEM?

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee an item will be restocked. If the item is in high demand or highly requested, we will do our best to restock!

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Our pieces are designed to be worn oversized; however, preference and fit vary! Please be sure to read our product descriptions and follow @clubstateofmind on instagram for fit guides. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact our customer support team at support@clubstateofmind.com for additional sizing guidance.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, making a change or canceling an order cannot be guaranteed. Please email support@clubstateofmind.com, and we will do everything we can to assist you.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the status of the shipment. If you're having an issue with the tracking number for your order, please contact our customer support team at support@clubstateofmind.com.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We get to work as soon as your order is placed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out, and note that in the case of inclement weather or national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from date of delivery to request a return by emailing support@clubstateofmind.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded the full payment (minus shipping) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for your new item.
